We donate all our net profits to Misioneros del Camino,
a home for abandoned and neglected children in Guatemala.

+ Where does Lunastella source their fabrics?

We source our fabrics from local fashion companies in the Miami area.

+ Where does Lunastella ship to?

Currently, Lunastella ships within the continental US only.
Shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days.

+ When will my order ship?

Once received, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.

+ How can I track my order?

+ How do I cancel my order?

+ What if I received a damaged item, the wrong product or was short shipped?

Please send an email to the info@lunastella.co with your
order number and we will take care of it right away.

+ What’s your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days upon receiving
your item to request a return and 1 week to ship it back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@lunastella.co and
we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA).

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you an email with our return address.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
