We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days upon receiving your item to request a return and 1 week to ship it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@lunastella.co and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Once your return request is accepted, we will send you an email with our return address.
